RETURN POLICY
 

I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will gladly accept exchanges on products within 30 days of original delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition and postmarked within the 30-day window, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • For returns outside of the 30-day window, I will extend store credit for items that are returned in their original condition. Once received, I will determine the condition and issue a store credit.

  • Custom orders, or personalized orders, cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of those items.  

  • If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email me and I will take this on a case-by-case basis.

  • In the case of damaged items, or items that have a defect in the making process, please contact me at a.clarkemetalsmith@gmail.com.

That being said, do not hesitate to send me an e-mail to have a conversation about your order if you are unhappy with it or there is a problem. I will do what I can, within reason, to help you out.

If you are in need of a repair (because let's face it, we're not always the easiest on our jewelry), please contact me and I would be happy to give you a quote on a repair.
